If you joined in 2001, 2002,
2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007,
2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011, there is no need to renew your membership.
Your membership is a lifetime membership
with nominating and voting privileges.
Those who are honored in the "Hall of Fame" and
"Hall of Honor" are granted lifetime memberships with their certificate.

To be eligible
to be inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame, one must have been employed within the borders of the great State of Texas at some time during their radio career. Only
voting members, past inductees and instatees may officially nominate and vote for the candidates. Voting Members may participate in the nominating and voting process by downloading the ballots and returning them by mail or fax. There are two steps involved; The initial April - May nominating period and the final voting, June - July, for those who are nominated.
Definitions
"TRHoF
Voting Member"
- a person who has purchased a membership or been inducted into the
Texas Radio Hall of Fame.
You don't have to be
a Texas resident to be a voting member. Members include individuals
who now work in broadcasting, previously worked in broadcasting or who
have a professional or financial interest in the broadcasting
industry. Inducted and instated members have lifetime nominating and
voting privileges.
"Inducted Member"
- a person who, by a
vote of the majority of members and approval of the Council of Advisors
has been inducted into the "Texas Radio Hall of Fame" |
