

| Ron began his Texas radio career at
KLIF 1190 in the late 50's and early 60's. He was first a member
of the Murphy and Harrigan then, then joined with Jack Woods to form the
first "Charlie and Harrigan" team.
Then, he moved to WFAA TV Channel 8's "Sump'N Else" Show in the mid sixties before his unprecedented run of 32 years on KVIL 103.7. He then began the 2000's Oldies Radio 98.7 KLUV. Statistics have shown Ron to be "The Most Listened to Morning Radio Personality in the History of the Southwest." |
